[Announce] LOA

Greetings,
RL is so busy at the moment that I have no choice but to take a short (2 week) LOA until June 2nd. For Fleet level issues, I leave Rob, aka Garroway, in charge. For Forrest, I should be around, if perhaps a bit slower than normal.
