[Announce] Stepping down....

Greetings,

It is time... Almost 4 years to the date that I first accepted the job
as fleet Commander (and with an official break in between), I need to
step down.

I am holding on to a position for which I am not doing what I should be
doing and RL is not helping. It is not making things easier and will
only get worse.

I will step down as of October 1st, I will always support TFE, I'll be
an advisor if you like. I will continue to host the domain, no worries
about that. I just need to step back to give others a chance to move up
and to give TFE what I am not able to. I feel bad about not doing
enough, and yet find that I can't get energised any more. TFE is such a
great place, it deserves so much more, to grow and flourish.

I'll keep SIMming on ND and have fun there... but the torch needs to be
carried by someone else as of October 1st.
