[Announce] New Academy Chief Commandant

Greetings,

As of today, I am stepping down as Chief Commandant of TFE Academy. I am 
handing over the reigns to someone very capable and dedicated to the 
Academy, LtCmdr Kjell Lindstrom, aka Josh.

Please support him the way you have supported me! I have no doubt that 
the Academy will continue to thrive under his guidance!
