    Rog was biting into a ham sandwich that had just been  delivered. It 
wasn't too bad he thought. Just then, he got a hand signal from  Stokes. He'd must 
have taken Sanderson's place only a few moments before. Stokes  said,"Sir, 
one of Capt. Mason's team members is calling in. Seems they think  they've 
tripped a self destruct button or something. Capt. Mason is requesting  an 
emergency evac via transporter."
 
  Rog nodded and said,"Make it so Stokes. Have Vanhanen get on it  asap. 
After that contact the rest of the task force. Have them move back a good  
distance. When this thing blows up, I don't want any of the ships to take  damage." 
Stokes replied,"Aye sir." Rog went over to the comm button and  said,"Fraiser, 
get your people off of that waystation immediately. A self  destruct sequence 
has been initiated." Turning to Dougsdale he said,"Get us back  on the other 
side of the planet."
 
   He finished the sandwich and began to drink his coffee. At  least Otto had 
sent someone other than Staines up with the food. If he hadn't,  Staines 
would've spilled the coffee on him. He thought, come on guys get off of  that 
station.
