   Rog sat at his desk, pondering the recent message that he'd  received. 
The awards ceremony had gone well. The mini burritos were a hit with  
everyone except Yue and of course Otto. He chuckled as he recalled Otto cursing  in 
German after the umpteenth request to make the mini burrito Meridian's  
official appetizer. They were now in the Sol System once more and a third of 
the  crew were on shore leave.
 
 
  He went over the message once more. The Constitution had been on an  
intel gathering mission along the DMZ. Acting on a tip, they'd been monitoring  
for any unusual activity. Well it seems they got it. They'd come across a 
Rommie  BOP where there wasn't supposed to be one. This was a clear cut case 
of an act  of war. Now he was going to have to ruin everyone's leaves and 
quite possibly,  write some more letters, the letters a commanding officer 
never wants to  write.
 
 
  Rog tapped the comm button and said, "Baxter, have all Department  heads 
report to the Ready Room immediately."
 
 
Baxter replied, "Yes sir. If they're on shore leave, should I recall  them?"
 
 
Rog replied, "Yes Baxter, I said all Department heads now didn't I? We're  
at war..again."
 
 
Baxter nodded solemnly and said, "Aye sir." He then put out the calls for  
the Department heads.
 

 
As Rog wondered what the Meridians orders would be, he munched on a mini  
burrito. It was a good thing they had plenty of soft drinks and water aboard. 
It  seemed Otto had gotten back at all the crew for liking his burrito, by 
putting  extra jalapenos in the latest batch. Rog thought he'd better have a 
talk with  that man before too long.
