    Rog opened his eyes slowly. He was staring up at the  ceiling of the 
Bridge. Actually he found himself looking at an open panel in  that ceiling. 
Last thing he recalled was the ship spinning around as the wave  hit them. It 
seemed that someone was saying something to him and so he shook his  head 
to clear the cobwebs. It was Andre. 
 
"Captain...Warp drive is offline," Hunt reported.  "We still have  impulse 
though."


Rog got up, using his chair to steady himself. He checked himself  over and 
found that aside from a few bruises and a cut on his forehead, he  seemed 
to be ok. He replied, "Very well Andre. See if you can get control of the  
ship and maintain the highest level of impulse you can." Then, Rog noticed he  
was starting to float. He thought, oh jolly, the grav generator is out.
 
 
 Next, Rog floated to the nearest comm unit. Tapping it he said,  "Wang, 
report."
 
 
Wang floated to a comm panel and said, "Captain, good to hear your voice.  
Eversam is working on the grav generator. I'll assess the damage to the 
engine  when the grav generator is online again."
 
 
 Rog nodded and replied, "Very well." It was then that he noticed  Baxter 
groggily getting back up and grabbing his console. Rog said, "Baxter,  good 
you're still with us. Check to see if we can get in touch with anyone See  if 
you can..." Then, he saw his new Yeoman Gomez looking at Hendriksen. 
"Gomez,  is Hendriksen alright?"
 
Gomez looked up and with tears in her eyes, she replied, "I'm not sure sir. 
 I...I think she's dead. I can't find a pulse."
 
Rog tapped the comm panel and said, "Bones, send a med team up to the  
Bridge as fast as you can. I realize you're overwhelmed, but do your best." Rog  
grabbed his chair and held on. He wondered how many of his crew he'd lost 
and  what the overall condition of his ship was. Just then, he started 
feeling woozy  and said, "Someone fix that forward viewscreen. We have to find out 
if  we...got..the..Rommies." Then all went black again.
